Three similar - yet very different cases these last few days.

Hard Palate Lesions

Whilst all showed areas of ulceration and inflammation to the hard palate - three separate aetiologies were identified on histologic examination. Each case requires slightly different treatments.

This empahsises the importance of making a proper diagnosis and using expert colleagues to carefully examine histologic biopsies.
