We’ve never had to be referred to another vet before so we were a little daunted about what was to come.
Our own vet referred us to vetdentist where we were very quickly offered an appointment straight away.
From the outset, staff were polite and attentive, communication was clear, everything explained thoroughly and relevant emails addressed quickly.
On the day, we met Vet. Surgeon George Lovin (Mr Partridge was away I believe which we were aware of) who was just super.
George explained with clarity what our options were, our concerns, and what to expect and cost. We knew or dog was in good hands.
We collected our dog at 6pm where George went through the whole procedure (crown reduction/pulpectomy)- taking time, after a long day, to fully explain everything, using very interesting, clear images and x-rays.
George also answered our questions. George also explained the relevant paperwork for us to sign.
The follow on email and letter to our own vet as to the procedure arrived very quickly (the next morning).
It’s quite scary when you find you and your dog in need of unusual vet care, but the brilliance and ability we were afforded by George and the team at this amazing facility was astonishing.
Thankyou for addressing our worries and for helping our dog through a difficult time. He appears to be recovering well which makes us less worrisome!
