Just wanted to say a big thank you to yourself for the excellent treatment you have given to Toby, our much loved working cocker, and also to the nursing care provided by Louise. When we came to you Toby`s mouth and gum on the left side of his mouth was severely infected and we were extremely concerned. However, thanks to your skill and experience you have managed to remove the infected tissue and bone after a four hour operation. On our follow up appointment today we are all excited at how well Toby is progressing. Thank you once again for the care and professionalism demonstrated by your team.

I am truly delighted with the early improvement shown by Toby – but we still need to be a little cautious for the long term.

The difference in him in just a few days is remarkable. It does give some indication of what he has been going through. He is a wonderful character, as I said when first meeting him – the fact that he was still wagging his tail and letting anyone near his mouth is a tribute to his excellent nature.

We shall all keep our fingers crossed that he continues to improve as he has done so far.
