Charlie our boxer was referred last week and we were offered an appointment within 24 hours. On arrival yesterday. Charlie and I were greeted and time was taken to explain to me what the plan was. I was kept informed of progress during the day. When I picked Charlie up, Bob took time to explain to me what treatment Charlie had had and why. He also explained that Charlie will need to return for some more treatment. I am sure that on his return, Charlie will receive the same level of care and treatment he did yesterday. An amazing team caring for both pet and owner. Thank you all.
