First of all I would like to say a big big thank you to Bob and his amazing team, Rosie, Emily and Laura. My cat Oscar was referred to Vet Dentist in Leeds by his own vet as he has a bad problem with his teeth and gums and needed specialist treatment. Right from the start I was reassured and put at ease by Rosie, who was my first point of contact, I knew then Oscar was in good hands, she was lovely and explained everything to me. I was then contacted by Laura who sorted all the paper work out and insurance and more reassurance from her. Bob was fantastic and explained what he proposed to do with Oscar very throughly and professionally, I felt confident leaving Oscar with him. Rosie rang me during the operation to tell me everything was going well and Oscar was ok, that made me feel much better. When I went to collect Oscar that evening Bob fully explained what he had done in the operation and showed me detailed pictures, just amazing, what a talented man he is. It was quite late when I picked him up and everybody was still there to look after Oscar. The aftercare received for Oscar has been brilliant. I would like to say a big thank you again to everyone for all your care and support.
Would I recommend Bob and his team, absolutely!!
