My Norfolk Terrier Gus had to have some extensive dental work and extractions today. This was my first time visiting the clinic and Bob and the staff were welcoming and professional. Although it was distressing to find out the extent of the surgery needed, Bob explained everything in detail and how the procedure would go. It was a long and arduous day all round with a very late finish for Bob and nurses Rosie and Emily who were very late home for their tea!!

I cannot thank them all enough for the care and attention they gave to Gus while he was with them. It was very much appreciated to know he was in such good hands.

Hope the big move goes smoothly and we will see you in the new building!
