We have a cocker spaniel puppy and have traveled from Leicestershire to Bob and the team, we had everything explained in great detail, from beginning to end. We were kept updated throughout the day also.

It was a pleasure meeting you and Boris. I am sorry that it was such a long day for you and the Covid restrictions will not have assisted. I hope that we will have made Boris a lot more comfortable and that he soon feels a lot better (not that his tail could wag any less enthusiastically than it already does!)
