Carol Hack

I have two cats who have both been suffering from serious stomatitis and were both in considerable pain. I took them to see Bob last week and they both needed surgery, which turned out to be more complicated than we had initially hoped. We were kept up to date throughout the day and were finally able to collect them at 1930. The team of Bob, Laura, Lauren, Charlotte and Ariana all worked really hard for them and had stayed on to see them through for which we are very grateful; thank you very much all. Superb service and real, hard to find, specialist expertise.
