As a family we cannot thank Bob, the practice nurses and Jenny enough for all the care and compassion they have shown towards Winston (our much loved rescue dog) and us. Bob was our last hope of giving him back a better quality of life, getting him off the steroids and improving his pain. Whilst we know it’s still a waiting game, we’re extremely appreciative of the lengthy and difficult surgery that Bob and his team undertook yesterday at extremely short notice.
Winston’s condition, his prognosis and all the details of his procedure were explained so carefully by Bob. We know that relief from the condition is not a guarantee, but we’re confident that Bob and the team have and will give him the best chance that they can.
I cannot recommend them enough, the whole referral process from our vet was efficient and Jenny was so helpful in arranging the appointment and providing us with updates.
