Thank you so much for the care you took with Toby yesterday. It was such a long day but even when I was finally able to pick him up at 8pm everyone I met and spoke too was still so friendly and informative and professional. From Bob who took the time to show me photos of Toby’s surgery to the lovely lady on the phone who offered me use of the facilities and to make me a drink if I was waiting in the cold and everyone behind the scenes who I didn’t have the pleasure of meeting jn person, you all helped make a scary and exhausting time much more bearable. The work Toby needed also came in significantly under Mr Partridge’s estimate and I really appreciated the honesty in reducing the operation fee. The follow-up call today and the very rapid response to my emails were also wonderful. Would recommend this service to anyone facing difficult times with their pet’s teeth, just wish we lived closer!
