I had to take Polly, my cocker spaniel to visit Bob after she developed a cyst in her lower jaw. The staff were all really friendly and no helpful, understanding both my anxiety and Pollys nervousness. The nurses were very patient and caring, Bob was very clear with is explanation of what he would be doing and why. Big thanks to Bob and his team of nurses

Obviously we are at the start of Polly’s journey – but I hope we have made good progress.

Thank you so much for your appreciation of our Team, we were pleased to welcome you to our new facilities, with all of our new equipment. The CT scanner in particular will help in visualizing problems & helping communication with owners.

We do understand the anxiety that having our loved pets in for surgery can cause, especially when many of our procedures can be quite long and involved. I am glad that felt that our team helped you through that.
